It has been my pleasure to work with John and Jennifer over the past nine months on transforming a space in Portsmouth, NH into The Music Hall Loft, The Center for Performing Arts, Literature, and Education.  Working with a team, they have been stars and the initial reaction to the space has been overwhelmingly positive.

It is useful to note that Portsmouth, NH, while a small boutique city, has high design standards and the Music Hall organization is an anchor cultural institution for Northern New England with over 100,000 patrons coming from a tri-state region.  The Music Hall Loft will expand our downtown campus and amplify all our programs with a retail area, full concession bar with café seating, intimate 124 seat theater and administrative offices.  Studio J2 was central in creating a unique loft-like space that will be a fresh contrast to our beloved historic theater.  With donors, board members, staff members and facility committee members, John and Jennifer were responsive to our needs, making presentations, taking feedback and being prompt in making adjustments.
